Booths in Kendal are seeking a Team Leader (Trading) to lead a small team during shifts, set goals, and ensure a customer-focused store environment.
You will work 36.75 hours per week, including one weekend day and one evening shift, with shifts generally between 6am and 10pm and occasional overtime.
As part of Booths’ family ethos, you’ll help maintain safe, legal records, support fair rotas, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
