The Role
Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Specialist Customer Assistant, there are two main areas of the store you could expect to be working.
Counters
As part of our Counters team, you will be working with a variety of meat, fish and dairy products. You will have high degree of customer interaction and should therefore have a friendly, polite and approachable manner.
Café
As a member of our Café team you could be supporting in the kitchen making items from the menu or working as part of the Front of House team making beverages, serving customers or keeping on top of cleanliness within the dining area.
You don\’t need retail experience to join our family. As with our with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
Working Pattern
This is a part time role with a contract of 10 hours. We would discuss your preferred availability as part of the interview process.
