This is a part time position with a contract of 20 hours per week. Shifts will be between the hours of 6am and 8.30pm.

The Role
Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. For this position, you will primarily work in the Café, however you may be multi‑skilled on our Counters if required:
Café
As a member of our Café team you could be supporting in the kitchen making items from the menu or working as part of the Front of House team making beverages, serving customers or keeping on top of cleanliness within the dining area.
You don\’t need retail experience to join our family. As with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers. The Café is a fast paced working environment and the successful candidates will be required to work to Food Safety laws.
Counters
As part of our Counters team, you will be working with a variety of meat, fish and dairy products. You will have a high degree of customer interaction and should therefore have a friendly, polite and approachable manner.
