Working pattern:

  • This is a part time position with a contract of 18.25 hours per week.
  • The days/times that we are recruiting for and would like you to be available to work are: Tuesday 5pm - 10.30pm, Friday 6am - 12pm and Saturday 6am - 2.15pm, however full flexibility will be required.
  • As part of your contract, we ask for availability that is, as a minimum, one and a half times your weekly hours.
  • This helps us build fair, consistent rotas, and ensures we can meet customer demand across the week.
  • You must also be available to work one late night and one weekend day per week.
  • You will have at least 2 weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be.

The Role:

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Process Customer Assistant, your role will include admin tasks such as processing orders, managing store emails, putting out price changes and managing invoices to name but a few tasks. You will also support with managing stock inventories through planned stock checks and inventory investigations.

  • 18 – 20 years: £10.94 p/h
