The Role
As a member of our Bistro team, you will provide breakfast and lunch service to Booths colleagues using our Central Office Bistro and Distribution Centre Canteens. Your role involves the preparation and presentation of food, using the same quality products available in our stores. You will provide friendly and efficient service supporting our exacting standards of customer service. Hygiene and cleanliness are crucial to us, and you will contribute towards this by ensuring that food preparation and service areas, tools and utensils are kept clean and hygienic, and we remain safe and legal. The role requires a positive focused person with excellent communication skills. Catering experience is preferred; however, training will be provided.
Working Pattern
This is a part time position with a contract of 25 hours per week. The proposed shift pattern is Monday-Friday 7.30am-1.30pm. Due to office hours, there is no weekend, evening or split shifts, but we do require a flexible approach to cover for any holidays or sickness.
