We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Officer who can turn these moments into engaging content and effective digital marketing campaigns that inspire prospective families to discover Bootham.

Working closely with our Director of Marketing and Admissions, you'll play a key role in delivering our digital marketing activity.

You'll create compelling content, manage our website and social media channels, plan and optimise digital advertising campaigns, and use data and insight to improve engagement and enquiries.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines creativity with strategic marketing.

One day you could be capturing photography or video at a school event; the next, creating a campaign, updating the website, designing marketing materials or analysing the performance of a digital ad campaign.

You're a creative marketer with experience across digital channels and a passion for creating content that connects with audiences.

You'll have experience of managing social media, websites, and digital campaigns, and be confident using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

You'll understand how effective digital marketing works - from content creation and SEO to paid advertising and campaign performance - and you'll be looking to build your experience and develop as a marketing professional.

You’ll be organised, proactive and enjoy building relationships across the School community.

Most importantly, you'll know how to spot the stories that make an organisation distinctive and bring them to life.
