We're looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to work with suppliers, manufacturing and procurement to improve supplier performance, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement across a technically demanding engineering environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Own supplier quality issues from investigation through to resolution.
Lead Root Cause Analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct supplier audits, assessments and First Article Inspections.
Review supplier performance, identify trends and drive improvement activity.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing and procurement to resolve quality issues.
Support supplier development and build stronger long-term partnerships.
Ensure supplier processes meet quality, customer and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For We're more interested in capability than ticking every box.
You'll likely have experience in: Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality or Quality Engineering.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions (CAPA).
Supplier audits and supplier development.
Engineering drawings, specifications and inspection requirements.
Machined, cast or fabricated components.
ISO 9001 or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Working directly with suppliers to improve quality and performance.
Experience within defence or other highly regulated industries would be advantageous but isn't essential.
