We have an excellent opportunity for a Training Instructor to become part of one of the most exciting and ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK. Our client's organisation is constructing two new nuclear reactors, helping Britain reach Net Zero by supplying low-carbon electricity to around six million homes.
As a Training Instructor, you’ll be part of the Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) EPR Project Training Team, supporting the client's Construction and Commissioning Operations organisation. You’ll play a hands-on role in developing, delivering and managing training that enables individuals and teams to thrive in a high-performance, safety-critical environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and delivering engaging, accurate training materials in line with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
- Delivering classroom and simulated training sessions with confidence and clarity
- Managing training plans and schedules to respond to changing business requirements
- Supporting the transition to operational readiness through effective training preparation
- Representing the NSA EPR Project Training Team at key meetings and stakeholder forums
- Working closely with subject matter experts, external training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of training completion and progress
- Managing SMART actions and seeing them through to successful completion
