We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team based in Irvine! The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating primarily Design Based projects and work within industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Nuclear and Pharmaceutical.

Ideally looking to have the following skills:
- Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations
- Main point of contact with client.
- Commercial point of contact with client.
- Familiar with project execution methodology & standards.
- Initiate the project - check feasibility, review proposal and work out teams and resources.
- Develop and maintain project plan in conjunction with client & lead engineers, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of your client.
- Prepare progress reports for client & management (on agreed regularity).
- Co-ordinate and monitor site activities.
- General administration of the Project.
- Project change control.
- Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project (for both schedule & budget).
- Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
- Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project.
- Adherence to client contract conditions.
- Full commercial tracking of project (incl. correct invoicing, change notices and budget tracking).
- Experience of working on engineering projects.
