Booth Welsh require a project engineer with experience in management of Change. Ideally, someone with a Process or instrumentation background. 12 months work at least, Outside IR35 and good rates based in Grangemouth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review the current MOC proposed breakdown from Define and update for Execute.
  • This will include some changes using phased Authorisation and a review of pressure envelopes.
  • Discussions will be required with the MOC Co-ordinator, Operations and Asset Engineers to confirm Execute breakdown.
  • Create Technical Appraisals and frame supporting documents.
  • Facilitate initial risk assessments.
  • Upload all relevant information to MOC admin.
  • Capture all resulting actions and close.
