Lead coordination efforts among engineers from multi-disciplined technical teams.

  • Utilise key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to monitor JDO's performance across designated buildings.
  • Look for and define opportunities to implement and improve processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all design and construction changes to meet the demands of construction.
  • Participate in readiness reviews of Design Packages before construction, as requested by design owners.
  • Collaborate closely with Design teams, Contractors, and Construction teams to uphold technical quality standards, construction schedules, and safety protocols.
  • Provide proactive updates to the JDO Area Lead and Engineering Manager regarding risks and facilitate swift resolution of any emerging issues.

For this role, we’re looking for you to hold a degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent along with relevant experience in this field, specifically in large multi-disciplined engineering projects, preferably nuclear, working in a variety of different capacities. Familiarity with Contract Management, especially ONR and CDM Regulations, coupled with a talent for maintaining accurate records, is essential. Additionally, your ability to spot procedural improvements and resolve low-complexity issues within your technical discipline adds great value to the team.
