Booth Welsh has an opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to work on a client site in North Ayrshire – Exciting project to be involved with and contract work through to Summer 2026 and beyond. We are looking to hire candidates that come close to matching the following technical specifications – COMPEX 12 trained personnel (desired) Equipment specification verification checks for equipment installed within zoned areas (in review of HAC drawings) HAZI Route preparations Static Earthing / Bonding checks (as per process safety standards) Preparing of Electrical Work Specifications and Test Specifications Kelton Maintenance Manager database update support (in relation to all E&I equipment installed in Hazardous areas) Knowledge/understanding of Process Safety Standards / Electrical compliance. SAP trained (Maintenance transactions). Electrical maintenance and project experience. Please Note: The IER / Maintenance work scope of electrical requirements has already been identified and defined for the project. The candidates will form part of a project IER / Maintenance Team and will be required to work with project Electrical design to arrange maintenance strategies of the Electrical work-streams within SAP. Minimum duration of works at present is circa 8 months, potentially longer. Working on site is required
