Knowledge and Technical Strengths of Specific Interest
- Proven experience in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment, experience in Power Plant and Wastewater Treatment plants would be beneficial.
- Strong diagnostic skills (RCA) and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Familiarity with SAP PM/CMMS and preventive maintenance planning (desirable).
- Clear communicator, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
Successful candidates should have a minimum of several yearsβ relevant industrial experience, preferably in an Upper Tier COMAH production environment. They should have a proven track record of technical competence in an Engineering discipline together with problem solving and analytical skills. Candidates must demonstrate effective leadership in SHES, drive for results, communication skills, planning and act as a team player.
