Sales Manager

Booth Dispensers Limited is a leading UK manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for the drinks industry, supplying an extensive customer base throughout the UK and Europe. We are seekinga highly motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our high‑performing team.

This is a key customer‑facing role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully promote, support, and develop the Booth range of products across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increasing company turnover while driving profitable growth.
  • Delivering sales targets and managing the successful expansion of our UK and European market sectors.
  • Assessing customer needs to maintain existing business and generate new opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts, preparing and presenting tenders, and working with key accounts on a commercial basis.
  • Representing the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Working closely with internal Technical and Marketing teams to support product initiatives, market development, promotions, and advertising.

Candidate Attributes

  • A confident communicator with strong customer‑facing experience.
  • Previously experienced within the drinks industry (essential).
  • Technically minded, enabling a professional understanding of cooling equipment and ancillary products.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and capable of operating effectively across varied customer environments in the UK and Europe.
  • Current UK Passport.
