Booth Dispensers Limited manufactures drinks dispense systems and provides bar and cellar parts to the hospitality industry. An opportunity has arisen to join the current administration team as a Business Administrator within this exciting and expanding business. The role is an internal hybrid role working primarily within Purchasing but also within our Sales and Finance departments on a 50%/25%/25% split between the different disciplines. The role will be conducted at our main manufacturing site based at Bispham Blackpool. There will be further opportunities for the right applicant to build and grow their careers with genuine prospects of further development within the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who wants to expand their career and gain experience in three fundamental disciplines within business administration.

The Role (in brief)

  • Purchasing (50%)
    • Raising Purchase Orders.
    • Daily review of Repeat Order Reports.
    • Carrying out a weekly review of component requirements.
    • Liaising with suppliers on progress of orders.
    • Liaising with sales and Operations teams for availability of components.
    • Dealing with invoice queries.
  • Sales (25%)
    • Supporting the Sales team in carrying out ad-hoc sales project work.
    • Dealing with general enquiries and order confirmations.
    • Processing sales orders onto an ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Finance (25%)
    • General Finance administration.
    • Purchase ledger reconciliation.
