We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and motivated Lead Navigator to lead our Trailblazer Project. This project delivers person-centred, strengths-based support to people who are experiencing social inequality, including poverty, homelessness, and other challenges. The aim of this role is to support the Navigator team to help individuals take positive steps and achieve identified goals, helping them become economically active.
The Lead Navigator will lead on project delivery, including record management, supporting Navigators with complex cases and safeguarding, referral pathways and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead on project delivery and provide safeguarding, referral pathways and team development support.
- Manage case records and support Navigators with complex cases.
- Contribute to person-centred, strengths-based support strategies.
