About the Company

Our client is a Latvian-American startup based in Riga, a powerful print-on-demand dropshipping business that works across the biggest e-commerce platforms. They help aspiring entrepreneurs start their print-on-demand businesses by connecting them to a network of globally recognized print providers. Merchants can create and sell unique products with their own designs without having to deal with end-to-end fulfillment.

We are looking for a responsible and hard-working new team member to join our journey in taking over the print-on-demand industry. You will work in an international environment with cool teammates and a casual atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Communicating with customers through live chat and email.
  • Helping merchants set up their online stores and create their first products, while providing them with all the necessary information regarding the platform and print-on-demand.
  • Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues.
  • Building and maintaining effective communication with existing and new customers, as well as Print Partners.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support, order processing, back-office operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, print-on-demand, or online marketplaces is an advantage.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new technologies.
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is an advantage.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 90% accuracy is preferred.
