Air Conditioning Installation Manager - Office based, Greater Manchester
- £40,000 per annum

The Role Of Installation Manager
As Installation Manager, you\'ll be responsible for managing all aspects of our air conditioning installation projects. From the initial site survey to project completion and customer handover, you\'ll play a critical role in ensuring high standards, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site surveys and assess client requirements.
- Select appropriate equipment and produce accurate cost estimations.
- Prepare and issue customer quotations.
- Manage and follow up on project orders and client communications.
- Liaise with admin staff to ensure timely ordering of materials.
- Coordinate with the labour team (via internal contacts) for job scheduling.
- Oversee project delivery onsite, ensuring quality and timelines.
- Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure job details and progress are logged on our CRM system.
The Ideal Installation Manager
- Previous experience in HVAC installation or coordination (HVAC experience is desired but not essential, other project management skills will be transferable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Project management skills in lean sigma and Kaizen would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- A proactive, hands-on team player.
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
