We're looking for English-fluent Appointment Setters based in the United Kingdom to join our growing remote sales team serving United States clients. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who enjoy speaking with people, building rapport, and helping qualified prospects take the next step toward their goals.
You'll work with warm inbound leads and existing buyers, supported by proven systems, scripts, training, and a performance-based compensation structure that rewards results. What You'll Be Doing- Speaking with warm inbound leads and existing buyers who have already expressed interest in our programs
- Following up with front-end buyers who haven't yet booked their Zoom strategy session
- Confirming appointments and increasing show rates
- Recovering no-shows and rebooking missed appointments
- Qualifying prospects for fit, goals, commitment, and readiness
- Booking qualified prospects onto our advisors' calendars
- Maintaining accurate notes inside Close.io CRM
- Supporting the sales team by keeping closer calendars full
- Based in the United Kingdom
- Strong spoken English with a clear and professional accent
- Comfortable speaking with US-based prospects
- Confident on the phone and able to follow structured scripts
- Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
- Available 40+ hours per week aligned with US business hours
- Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Reliable computer and headset
- Previous appointment-setting or sales experience
- Familiarity with Close.io CRM
- Experience in coaching, consulting, education, or business opportunity offers
- Base Pay: $400 USD per week guaranteed ($1,600/month)
- Performance Commission: Commission is paid on collected revenue from appointments booked, confirmed, attended, and attributed to you.
- 3% on collected revenue up to $30,000/month
- 4% on collected revenue from $30,001–$60,000/month
- 5% on collected revenue over $60,000/month
- Typical performers: $2,500–$4,000/month
- Top performers: $5,000+/month
- 100% remote
