As our Team Lead, you will:
- Guide, inspire, and support our UK Sales team as a hands‑on leader in their day‑to‑day operations
- Partner with our VP Sales to design and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the markets
- Leverage data and insights to drive smart, goal‑oriented decisions and deliver strong results
- Present Sherpany’s vision and value to C‑level decision makers across industries - and win them over.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
- Help shape the future of our sales organization with your ideas, expertise, and drive
