The Sales Enablement Specialist is a key driver of seller performance and productivity across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll accelerate new-hire ramp time, strengthen ongoing seller capability, and equip our Sales teams with the training, tools, and processes they need to consistently meet and exceed targets. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Service, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact enablement programs that directly influence revenue outcomes in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead new seller onboarding to reduce ramp time and ensure proficiency in product knowledge, messaging, value proposition, competitive positioning, and the full sales process.
- Deliver blended training experiences (live, virtual, and eLearning) aligned with new product releases and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Coach sellers individually and in groups to reinforce best practices, sharpen skills, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Partner with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams and evaluate performance data to identify training needs, develop assessments, and align enablement programs to business priorities.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging tools, methodologies, and technologies that enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase seller efficiency and maximise time spent in the field.
- Support regional and global enablement programs while serving as a trusted subject matter expert on Datasite’s products and services.
Minimum Education, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying, Sales Enablement, or other commercial training role.
- Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- English fluency required; proficiency in an additional EMEA language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and Seismic preferred.
- High initiative, curiosity, and a self‑directed approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
