Our Deal Desk Analyst will assist the global sales organization in facilitating the sales process across Datasite’s suite of products. This critical role supports the sales cycle from quote to collection, ensuring a smooth transition between systems, order acknowledgement, validation and integrity of orders, and accurate customer statements. Strong cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Finance, Billing, and Customer Support teams are essential.
Accountabilities
- Work closely with the Global Deal Desk team to triage items received in the shared inbox.
- Proactively monitor and action the Global Deal Desk audit queue.
- Help validate all critical information for each deal in CRM from structuring to closed‑won.
- Process (review and approve or escalate) exception pricing within guidance parameters.
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation.
- Support the e‑signature process with relation to sales contracts.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects and associated documentation.
- Become an SME on Datasite’s quote‑to‑cash process.
- Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a deal desk, bid management, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.
- 2 years of Software/SaaS industry experience.
- 2 years of CPQ tool experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate a variety of sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Adept at business partnering and building meaningful relationships across the organization.
- Experience handling both transactional and subscription SaaS sales.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of multi‑tasking under pressure.
- Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods.
- Result‑driven, organized, with excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong listening, analytical, and organizational skills.
