PA to support the Head of Northern Europe and two VP’s of Sales in the fast-paced London HQ office and additional Sales Team support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Provide comprehensive, efficient, and effective administration support to three Senior Sales Leaders & Ad Hoc Sales Team Support.
- Demonstrate initiative by planning ahead, staying organised, and proactively supporting stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and agendas.
- Ensure effective time management and prioritisation of meetings and business commitments.
- Act as a key on-site point of contact at events alongside the Marketing team, managing registration desks, guest arrivals, and smooth day-of execution.
- Oversee attendee management for the Women in Dealmaking initiative, including invitations, registrations, RSVP tracking, waitlists, and client communications.
- Handle catering arrangements, pre-orders, dietary requirements, and supplier coordination.
- Co-host bi-weekly meetings, bringing ideas and turning them into events.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, emerging venues, and networking opportunities to ensure a fresh and forward-thinking approach to client engagement.
- Submit expenses on behalf of the three VP’s of Sales in line with company policy.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage changing priorities and last-minute requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Support tracking and reporting of team activity metrics and pipeline information across the business.
- Support wider business operations and team initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Support the London Sales Team with ad hoc requests such as purchases and organising of client events.
- Provide additional event management support for sales, including venue sourcing, registration, and attending events to host and/or co-ordinate.
- Responsible for the end-to-end purchase order management of any costs through the purchasing card.
- Undertake various types of research for special project work as directed.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the relevant sales and operations functions and priorities of the organization.
- Other duties as may be requested on an ad hoc basis.

- Experience of working on Salesforce and Concur systems highly desired.
