BOOSTA is a rapidly growing talent consultancy that embeds talent acquisition partners onsite at client sites across the UK. We are seeking a Technical Sourcing Partner to deliver top tech candidates for one of our lead clients.

This is a pure sourcing role with no direct client engagement, embedded with the client’s internal talent team. You will own the delivery of technology recruitment, develop search strategies for each role, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle from screening to offer.
