Fixed-Term Contract, Full-time (15 months)

We’re one of the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail tech - 800+ customers, 150+ people, and a product that’s redefining how the world shops. Our Head of Marketing is going on maternity leave in October, and we need someone exceptional to step in and lead the function.

In a lean team, you’ll be both the architect and the builder - executing the marketing strategy, event logistics, and content creation. You’ll work directly with our CCO and commercial team, manage external creative partners, and keep our momentum going across a busy European calendar.

You’ll start in August or September for a comprehensive handover before taking full ownership. We need someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, run fast, and bring big energy. You'll own everything from strategy to execution, collaborating across teams, inspiring engagement, and driving growth across the UK and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the marketing function — acting as the senior marketing voice, managing brand consistency, and keeping the CCO and commercial team aligned
  • Own our events programme — coordinate 5–7 trade shows across Europe annually (including 3–4 in your first three months), plus our Boost on Tour roadshow series
  • Drive marketing and sales operations — run HubSpot, support sales with collateral and pitch materials, and manage email campaigns and automation
  • Manage social media and content — scheduling, copywriting, and community engagement across channels
  • Create digital and visual assets — on-brand design in Canva or Figma, basic video editing, website updates, and briefing external freelancers on larger projects

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in marketing, with a track record of working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Proven B2B event coordination experience — trade shows, roadshows, or similar
  • International mindset: comfortable working across borders and cultures
  • HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation) proficiency
  • Strong design eye and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality: you build systems, you don’t wait to be told
  • Willingness to travel across Europe for events
  • Excellent written and spoken English; French or German a genuine plus

We are more interested in your attitude and hands-on experience than your academic profile, and welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.

Why Join Us

  • A role that matters - Marketing is core to our growth, you’ll own marketing for a scaling European business
  • An international team that cares deeply and moves fast
  • Variety and pace - Events, content, operations - no two weeks are the same
  • Offices in Zurich, London, and 4 other countries - but no office politics
  • The usual: budget for personal development, benefits for your well-being, and some decent swag
