Our client has introduced a new CRM system and is seeking an experienced Trainer to support organisation-wide user adoption. The role involves delivering training, enhancing existing materials, and creating new learning content that suits users with varying levels of digital confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver CRM training across the business (group sessions + 1:1).
  • Work with existing training modules and create new materials as needed.
  • Produce blended learning content: instructor-led sessions, microlearning, and digital assets.
  • Develop clear training documents, guides, and reference materials.
  • Assess change impact and help embed new ways of working.
  • Support and coach Superusers/Champions.
  • Engage effectively with staff at all digital skill levels.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven CRM or system training experience.
  • Strong instructional design and digital content creation (Clipchamp, Canva, Articulate).
  • Understanding of change impact and user-adoption challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Public sector or charity sector experience (preferred).
  • Able to work on-site 3 days a week.
