Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract
Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required (No Restrictions)
Start Date: 16th November
We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Analyst to join a major public sector digital programme on an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will lead performance analysis activities, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through robust data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and service performance metrics.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Drive evidence-based decision-making across digital and operational services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product, delivery, research, and technical specialists.
- Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Promote best practice in performance analysis and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience working as a Performance Analyst in large, complex environments.
- Previous experience leading analytical workstreams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks and KPI development.
- Experience using data visualisation and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Mandatory Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
- SC clearance must be unrestricted and transferable.
- Available to start on 16th November.
- Must be eligible to work on UK public sector engagements.
