What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking full ownership of the message streaming platform across the business.
- Supporting performance at scale, tackling bottlenecks, and designing for resilience.
- Being the go-to technical expert for all things RabbitMQ—this is your domain.
- Ensuring uptime and reliability of core streaming systems (you’ll be on-call when it matters).
- Working alongside a forward-thinking developer team, embedded in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Helping modernize and evolve over 1000+ codebases, identifying and resolving key service challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on expertise with RabbitMQ.
- Java software development experience (Preference Spring).
- Direct experience with accountability over Message Streaming Environments.
- Comfortable taking full responsibility of the full message streaming services.
- Strong engineering mindset with a focus on clean, scalable architecture.
