Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer to take ownership of a highly customised Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on platform development, optimisation, integration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and support across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Manage platform performance, administration, troubleshooting and scalability.
- Deliver integrations with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Support the full development lifecycle including testing, UAT and production releases.
- Maintain documentation and promote best practices across the platform.
- Strong commercial experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience supporting and enhancing customised Dynamics environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Server
- Knowledge of data integration, reporting and analytics solutions.

Your CV must clearly demonstrate and provide specific examples of your experience across the key technologies rather than simply listing them. We are looking for evidence of where you have designed, developed, configured and supported solutions using:
- Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse)
- System integrations with Azure, SQL Server and SharePoint
- Solution design, deployment and environment management
- Stakeholder engagement and translating business requirements into technical solutions
You must be able to show the scale and complexity of the environments you have worked within, key projects delivered, and your personal contribution to the development and enhancement of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
