  • IAM Platform Manager to take technical ownership of a business-critical

One Identity Manager (OIM) platform.

This is a hands‑on technical role for someone with strong IAM expertise who can lead the platform's strategy, governance and continuous improvement while remaining close to the technology.

You'll work with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure the platform remains secure, scalable and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the

One Identity Manager platform and roadmap.

  • Lead platform upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption.
  • Drive improvements to identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers.
  • Provide technical oversight of integrations, workflows and platform configuration.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance and audit requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and vendors to deliver IAM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands‑on experience managing

One Identity Manager or a similar enterprise IAM platform.

• Strong technical understanding of

  • Identity Lifecycle Management
  • Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Access Governance
  • IAM architecture and best practices

• Experience with

  • Active Directory
  • LDAP
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Identity provisioning and authentication technologies
  • Ability to understand and challenge technical designs and platform decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with governance, compliance and audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of OIM customisation, scripting or VB. NET would be advantageous.
