Boost Talent are supporting a fast‑growing digital consultancy and they are looking for an Interim Head of Talent Acquisition to lead, modernise and elevate their talent function. This role suits an experienced TA leader who enjoys mentoring teams, improving processes and building scalable hiring capability.
About the Role
You will lead and coach a small TA team, refine hiring processes and ensure recruitment supports the organisation's rapid growth. You will review their ATS, explore automation opportunities, refresh the PSL and enhance the overall candidate journey. You will also work closely with senior leaders to create consistent, efficient and scalable recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and upskill the TA team
- Review and optimise the ATS, workflows and automation
- Improve job adverts, consistency and candidate experience
- Refresh and manage the Preferred Supplier List
- Strengthen end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Partner with senior leadership on hiring plans and forecasting
- Improve reporting, insights and core TA metrics
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience leading TA in a high‑growth or consultancy environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability
- Deep experience in process improvement and ATS optimisation
- Confident managing and negotiating with external suppliers
- Understanding of recruitment automation tools and efficiencies
