We're looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer with One Identity experience to join a Cyber Security team responsible for delivering and enhancing enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.

This role will focus on the development, integration and ongoing support of One Identity Manager, ensuring secure and compliant management of user identities, access and permissions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain IAM solutions within One Identity Manager.
  • Build and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems and business applications.
  • Develop custom workflows, scripts, connectors and automation processes.
  • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and platform upgrades.
  • Ensure IAM solutions align with security, governance and compliance requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance, support audits and contribute to IAM best practices.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience with One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management and access governance.
  • Experience with authentication technologies including LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, T-SQL and/or Bash.
  • Experience working with REST, SOAP or GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and cloud identity services.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 or CIS Controls.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
