Our client is a leading technology company focused on innovation and security. They are growing their Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and need a Senior IAM Developer to help shape their IAM roadmap and drive adoption of One Identity Manager.
About the Role
You’ll design, develop and maintain IAM solutions across the organisation, focusing on One Identity Manager, scripting, connector configuration and compliance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working from Scotland, London or Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain IAM solutions with One Identity Manager
- Develop scripts and connectors for AD, LDAP and cloud directories
- Configure, test and deploy IAM systems; troubleshoot issues
- Manage upgrades and ensure compliance through audits
- Provide best-practice guidance and mentor team members
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with One Identity Manager or similar IAM tools
- Knowledge of IAM protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Scripting skills (T-SQL, PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with Azure AD, GSuite, LDAP and compliance standards
- Experience with APIs and audits; excellent communication skills
