I am working with one of the leading independent Suppliers of CNC Machine Tools within the UK. Originally formed over 50 years ago, they have expanded their reach on an international level to 4 sites across the globe. I am working with one of the Directors who has a long and established career history of working in the Machine Tools & CNC Machine Tools Industry. Promoted to Director in 2007, he has helped form the shape of the company as you see it today.

After a carefully planned and perfectly executed restructuring program, we are pleased to announce they are looking for an additional 2 CNC Machine Tool field engineers to join the existing team of 3 based from home in the South East. This role incorporates all aspects of Servicing, Repairs, Electrical & Mechanical Fault Finding and commissioning across Berkshire, Kent, Hampshire, Home Counties, London, Sussex and Wiltshire counties.

The Package: £30,000 – £36,000 basic for a 40-hour week with Travel Paid Door 2 Door. A non-tracked and non-sign written Company Van or a Car of your choice is on offer from a range of hatchbacks, Estates including Hybrids with full personal use being encouraged. Plenty of Overtime is available if that’s your thing or you can call it a day on time if you’re after a good work-life balance. Various other benefits are included.

The Ideal Engineer: 5+ years’ experience within the CNC Machine Tools industry working on Cincinnati, Mazak and Haas – 3, 5 and 6 axis machine tools, multi spindle Lathes, Grinders, Vertical Saws, and Machining Centres. Additional Experience with Controls from Fanuc, Trumpf, Heidenhain, Siemens and Samsung. Ideally a 50/50 Mechanical and Electrical Skillset with sound knowledge and experience of rewiring close loop servo drives.
