At A Glance We're one of the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail tech - 800+ customers, 150+ people, and a product that's redefining how the world shops. As we continue to scale across Europe and beyond, we're looking for a Client Operations & Finance Analyst to become a critical link between our customers, commercial teams, contracts, and financial operations. This is not a traditional back‑office finance role. You'll be at the heart of the business, managing client onboarding, translating complex contract data into actionable insights, and ensuring our invoicing and commercial operations run smoothly across multiple countries. You'll work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams, gaining exposure across the business while helping us build scalable processes for our next stage of growth. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, loves working with data, and isn't afraid to bring structure to complexity.
What You'll Do
- Own client onboarding and finance support: coordinate the end‑to‑end finance onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience from contract signature through to activation.
- Manage financial operations: take ownership of monthly invoicing cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement.
- Turn data into insights: extract, analyse, and interpret contract and commercial data to support reporting, forecasting, and decision‑making.
- Maintain contract and commercial systems: manage large volumes of contract information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Partner across teams: work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure smooth commercial processes and resolve client requests.
- Support international growth: collaborate daily with colleagues and customers across multiple countries, helping scale operations in a fast‑moving international environment.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience, including internships or graduate roles
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence handling large datasets
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an environment where not every process is fully defined
- Ability to structure information, identify patterns, and improve ways of working
- German, French, or Italian language skills are a strong plus
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external clients
We're more interested in your curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and willingness to learn than a perfect CV. If you're excited by ownership, data, and working in a fast‑growing international company, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Join Us
- A role with real impact: you'll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and customer success, helping drive commercial excellence across the business.
