We are looking for a professional, skilled and experienced Regional Service Manager to join our regional service team, leading and driving service success within the North regional area. You will lead and drive service success within the Northern regional area, managing a team of 8 direct reports including Service Supervisors, Lead Technicians, and Service Technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high customer service standards and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently utilising regional resources.
  • Controlling costs while meeting or exceeding contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Regular travel throughout the UK to meet business needs, alongside required visits to the Head Office in Ashford, Kent.

The successful candidate will need to be based on the M62 corridor in the Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield areas.

About you:

  • Strong people management and leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
  • Service industry experience accompanied by a customer-focussed approach.
  • Technical understanding within a service or engineering environment.
  • Good commercial awareness, financial acumen, and the ability to analyse performance data for informed operational decisions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation within the construction industry.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
