As a CAD Technician, you will play a key role in producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings and supporting the development of BIM deliverables to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and right first time. Produce, amend, and maintain 2D CAD drawings in line with company standards and project requirements Support the development and coordination of BIM models and associated data Work closely with Project Managers, Sales, and Installation teams to resolve technical drawing queries Identify potential design or installation issues early to support efficient and cost-effective delivery Upload and manage drawings within customer document control portals Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act requirements and Golden Thread principles Proven experience producing accurate, high-quality CAD drawings within a construction or engineering environment Experience working with or supporting BIM models, with a willingness to develop capability further Proven experience managing drawings and documentation within structured document control systems Hybrid Working ~ 23 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays ~ Annual leave increases with the length of service ~ Your birthday off ~ Life insurance of four times your basic salary ~ Company Pension scheme after 3 months of service with 9% employer contributions ~ Membership to a Healthcare or Cash Plan scheme after probation ~ Internal training and career development programmes.
