We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Regional Service Manager to join our highly successful team, leading and driving service success within the Northern regional area.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
We are looking for a professional, skilled Regional Service Manager to join our regional service team, leading and driving service success within the North regional area. The Regional Service Manager is responsible for delivering high customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, daily management of a team of Service Technicians, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources achieved, and controlling costs whilst meeting and or exceeding contractual obligations and service level agreements within the geographic region allocated.
The position is a regional role, responsible for the Service teams within the North of the UK, including 8 direct line reports, including Service Supervisors, Lead Technicians and Service Technicians. The successful candidate must be based on the M62 corridor in the Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield areas. The successful candidate will be required to travel throughout the UK to meet the needs of the business and will need to attend our Head Office in Ashford, Kent when required.

- Working knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation within the construction industry
