The role
The role — Support the reliability and performance of corporate AV/UC systems across London & the South. Mix of remote and on‑site diagnostics, PPM, and assisting installs/commissioning alongside senior engineers.
What you’ll do
- Diagnose & resolve AV/VC issues; keep tickets and docs up to date (asset registers, commissioning/PMV, as‑builts)
- Deliver PPM visits; assist first/second fix, rack work and go‑lives
- Represent BoomSpace professionally on client sites; communicate clearly and calmly
What you’ll bring
- Signal flow, device configuration & basic networking (IP/DHCP/VLANs)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms
- Full, clean UK driving licence; UK right to work
