Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AV Project Manager to oversee our Audio-Visual projects. The AV Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing projects from start to finish, coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling project timelines and tasks using appropriate tools.
• Direct and manage project development from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed smoothly and in a timely manner.
• Manage the project’s budget, track project milestones, and make necessary adjustments when needed.
• Coordinate with the sales team, procurement, engineers, and installation teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Attend site, including pre-installation requirements and co-ordinate the expectations of our team, Client and other third party contractor.
• Provide reports and updates to stakeholders on the status of the project.
• Manage and mitigate project risks and solve any project-related issues.
• Ensure the installed AV systems meet the client’s needs and requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate training for the end-user on the use of the installed AV system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AV Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in AV systems.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Salary Range: £42,000+ per annum, depending on experience
