As we scale up our team globally, we are hiring experienced BDRs that have worked in Aesthetics, Wellness & Medspa software sales in an SDR capacity to be part of our team. This role is intended to position new SDRs to prepare to graduate to full cycle Account Executive roles within 3 months of starting.

Compensation (Independent Contractor – UK)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000–£100,000+ GBP annually
- Activity Retainer: Guaranteed £1,000 per month, earned by meeting a minimum average of 100 outbound calls per business day; retainer is prorated monthly if activity falls below this threshold
- Demo Booking Commission: £100 per qualified demo booked
- Closed Deal Commission: £500 per deal closed from demos booked by the contractor
- Contractor Status: Independent contractor role; no salary, benefits, or guaranteed income—earnings are performance- and output-driven

- Develop Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust with clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers in medspa, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and dental industries.

What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a high-volume cold-calling role.
