As we scale up our team globally, we are hiring experienced BDR's that have worked in Aesthetics. This role is remote and requires you to make 125-150 calls and book 3-5 demos a week at the minimum.

THE ROLE: Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) - You'll be referred to as a "Sales Contractor". Are you a driven sales professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? At BoomerangFX, we are looking for a Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-energy sales team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, making 100-200 cold calls daily, booking high-quality product demos, and gaining hands-on experience in the full sales cycle.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make 125-150 outbound cold calls daily to generate interest, qualify leads, and book high-quality demos with decision-makers.
  • Engage prospects confidently, clearly communicate value propositions, and set up high-converting meetings for the sales team.
  • Establish trust with clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers in medspa, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and dental industries.
  • Gain extensive exposure to the full sales cycle, from prospecting to demos to negotiations, setting the stage for promotion to a Senior Account Executive role.
  • Consistently hit and surpass monthly demo booking targets, contributing to company growth and unlocking high-earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a high-volume cold-calling role.
  • A fearless approach to making outbound calls, handling objections, and driving interest.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport, engage prospects, and deliver compelling pitches.
  • A competitive mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, stay on top of leads, and work both independently and within a team.
  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing sales is a strong asset.
