About Boomerang®
BoomerangTag® is a smart nametag that helps finders return your lost belongings. Boomerang® started after the founder repeatedly lost his metal water bottle and saw a sustainable solution to this. Users enjoy the simplicity of their own lost and found system and use across a wide range of products.
Role Description
This is a remote paid internship role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Boomerang®. The intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, assisting with digital marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall social media strategy. Daily tasks include:
- Researching current trends
- Developing engaging content
- Scheduling posts
- Monitoring social media channels
- Providing insights through analytics
The role will work directly with Boomerang's founder.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- Interest in the social media landscape and current trends
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
