Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to the required standard.
Support food production and coordinate tasks with kitchen colleagues.
Help oversee daily kitchen work, guiding team members where appropriate.
Maintain clean work areas and follow food safety procedures.
Assist with serving and work collaboratively with front-of-house staff.
Up to £13 per hour (inclusive of enhancement when performing management duties)
