Mission
Drive growth at Boom Training by Turing College by managing a new-business pipeline, closing Level 4â6 Data & AI apprenticeship contracts, educating clients on funding options, and building a strong pipeline across tech, retail, healthcare, and professional services.
How you\âll contribute đ
- Manage the full 360° sales cycle â prospect, qualify, demo, propose, negotiate and close SME contracts for Boom programmes.
- Execute a high-velocity sales process targeting SME employers across tech, retail, healthcare, and professional services.
- Educate and advise clients on apprenticeship funding options (Levy and co-investment), guiding them through sign-up and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce CRM; deliver accurate weekly reports and conversion metrics.
- Ensure a smooth customer handover to the onboarding team, supporting learner success and retention.
Desired qualifications đź
- Proven track record in B2B apprenticeship or education sales, ideally 2â3 years closing SME accounts (ÂŁ10kâÂŁ100k deal size).
- Confident discussing data, digital, and AI apprenticeship standards at a practical business level.
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor solutions and handle objections quickly.
- High-activity sales mindset â comfortable managing 40â60 opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM, sales automation tools, and pipeline forecasting.
- Working knowledge of ESFA funding rules and SME apprenticeship co-investment models.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HR, L&D, and business owners.
