We’re looking for a Learner Success Coach to join our growing team remotely. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring every learner achieves their apprenticeship goals and develops the confidence and skills they need to thrive. As a Learner Success Coach, you’ll be the key link between our learners, employers, and delivery teams — supporting progress, driving accountability, and providing meaningful pastoral guidance throughout the apprenticeship journey.
You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you will need to be an exceptional communicator, motivator, and problem-solver who’s passionate about helping others succeed.
How you\'ll contribute 🐝
- Build strong relationships with learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship journey and helping them stay motivated and accountable.
- Design tailored Individual Training Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with learners and employers, aligning development goals with business needs.
- Track learner progress on the LMS, ensuring timely completion of off-the-job hours, portfolio evidence, and compliance milestones.
- Partner closely with Line Managers and Technical Mentors to maintain active engagement, resolve blockers, and drive learner success.
- Deliver focused coaching sessions that build technical skills, professional behaviours, and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate learner records, uphold quality and Ofsted standards, and actively invest in your own professional development.
Desired qualifications 💼
- Teaching, coaching, or assessing qualification — or equivalent hands-on experience guiding learners to success.
- English and Maths qualifications at Level 2 or above.
- Solid understanding or experience of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and how it shapes high-quality learning experiences.
- Proven track record of helping learners achieve strong outcomes through accountability, goal setting, and structured progress reviews.
- Experience delivering Apprenticeship or technical education programmes, both remotely and in person.
- Confident using online tools such as video conferencing and LMS platforms; comfortable supporting in-person learning events like hackathons or workshops.
