Boom is part of ITV Studios and is one of Wales’s largest TV production companies.
Headquartered in Cardiff Bay, our production, post-production and visual effects businesses deliver content to S4C, BBC, ITV, C4, C5 and UKTV.
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to support our HR Business Partner.
The role will be responsible for the drawing up and issuing of contracts (in both Welsh and English) to staff and freelancers, onboarding new joiners and undertaking training administration.
They will also help to undertake the checks and accurately maintain the records required by a busy office, as well as undertake various other generalist HR support and administrative duties.
This is an exciting opportunity, particularly for someone seeking a career in Human Resources.
The successful candidate must have proven organisational, administrative and IT skills with strong attention to detail.
They must have strong communication skills and Welsh Language is essential.
They will be required to be proactive, and have a proven ability to deliver within deadlines.
They will be required to handle sensitive and confidential information.
