Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the kitchen and the front‑of‑house team, communicating kitchen status and assisting with menu and allergen questions.
- Ensure all order items are prepared on time, meet specifications and maintain quality standards.
- Prepare food for large events, managing stock levels and following all safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, and ready to meet inspections from environmental health officers.
