About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Multisite General Manager to lead our teams at BOOM Battle Bar Glasgow & Edinburgh! People's focus is non‑negotiable – you must coach and bring out the best in your team, collaborate closely with management and lead from the front without micromanaging. Your communication will be next level, and you thrive in a high‑energy, wet‑led environment where you can drive consistency, standards and an epic guest journey. You will also be a compliance pro, ensuring regulatory standards and safety are met with stellar 10/10 daily Trail average scores.
Responsibilities
- Provide people‑focused leadership, coaching teams to achieve solid results.
- Collaborate with management to set and meet objectives.
- Lead from the front, ensuring consistent standards and an epic guest experience.
- Conduct management meetings and maintain clear communication across all sites.
- Drive consistency for standards, showcasing episode on guest journey.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a 10/10 daily Trail average score.
- Prioritize safety, protecting everyone within the business.
