As a vital part of our kitchen operations, you will lead and inspire our talented kitchen team. With a passion for attention to detail, you will maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, amazing our guests bite after bite. As a natural leader, you will motivate and develop the kitchen team. Through your coaching and training, you will bring out the best in each member, helping them grow professionally and personally. From catering corporate events to creating memorable dining experiences for guests, you will thrive in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the kitchen. Your ability to efficiently handle large‑scale orders and remain composed under pressure will be invaluable. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to manage controls of food costs, labor budgets, and both controllable and fixed expenses, ensuring the financial success of our kitchen operations.
